After spending 4 years with Entrusted Contracting, and building on the foundation his grandfather and father built, Austin assumed leadership of the company in 2022 to continue the growth and development of the Talbot brand.
Austin leads Talbot with a people-first mentality, putting the needs of employees and customers, and their families, front and center in his leadership approach. He has successfully carried the torch passed on from his father, and his grandfather before him, and continues to look to benefit the lives of Talbot’s employees and customers for many years ahead.
