After earning his MBA from Charleston Southern University in business administration, Seth moved to South Florida to work in construction management and proved to be a skilled leader and manager. In September of 2022, Seth joined Talbot as VP and brings unique leadership skills to the daily operations.
Seth emobies the Talbot "people-first" mentality every day and has propeled Talbot's operational efficiency to new heights by approaching business decisions with a people-centric mindset. His approach has fostered an excellent team environment that results in a happy and productive workforce.
